Eligibility Criteria:-

· Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

· Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation

· Generate leads and call prospective customers

· Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

· Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

· Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

· Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

· Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

· Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.

· Would be responsible for managing end to end sales and achieve targets / Quotas.

What we Expect from you?:-

· MBA, BBA, or any specialization in sales and marketing of digital products

· 2+ years proven track record in enterprise business sales or related market

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

· Proven working experience as a business development manager, Sales or a relevant role

· Good communication skills

· Computer skills- Good at Excel and Presentation.

Should be open for Travelling.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Checking inquiries of Customers and Follow up them.

Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions. 

Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.

Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Route calls to appropriate resources.

What we Expect from you?:-

University/college degree is any Stream.

Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred.

Good Communication skills in Hindi & English.

Good Listening Skills

Customer/Client focus and Service.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Proficient in relevant computer applications

Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
